**Exchanges:**

- Items are eligible for exchange within 3 days of receiving the item.

- Exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different size or color, provided that the item is currently available in stock.

- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within the 3-day window with your order details and the reason for exchange.

- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the exchange process.

**No Returns or Refunds:**

- All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds under any circumstances.

- Please ensure you check our sizing guide and double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

**Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages:**

- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages once they have been shipped from our facility.

- In the event that your package is lost, stolen, or not delivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim and seek resolution.
